Tracking Notifications

EU and German Customers

For an order delivered in multiple parcels, the withdrawal period is generally calculated from receipt of the last good or parcel, as applicable under the law.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the goods without undue delay and within the applicable statutory return period.
